Ceramic PCB Manufacturer — Hitechpcba

Ceramic PCB board is also called ceramic substrate or ceramic circuit board, ceramic copper coated plate, ceramic substrate refers to the copper foil directly bonded to alumina (Al2O3) or aluminum nitride (AlN) ceramic substrate or other ceramic substrate surface (single or double) on the special process board. The ultrathin composite substrate has excellent electrical insulation performance, high thermal conductivity, excellent soft brazing and high adhesion strength, and can be etched into a variety of graphics like PCB board, with great current-carrying capacity. Therefore, Ceramic PCB board has become the basic material of high power electronic circuit structure technology and interconnection technology.

Aluminium PCB

Aluminum LED PCB substrate is a metal – based copper-clad sheet with good heat dissipation. A single panel is generally composed of three layers of structure, namely the circuit layer (copper foil), insulation layer and metal base layer. It is commonly found in LED lighting products. There are two sides, the white side is used to weld the LED pins, and the other side is the natural color of aluminum, which is usually coated with heat-conducting gel and then in contact with the heat-conducting part. Among all metal core PCBS, Aluminum LED PCB is the most common type. The base material consists of an aluminum core and standard FR4. It features a thermal cladding that dissipates heat in an efficient manner while cooling components and improving the overall performance of the product. Currently, aluminum-backed PCBS are considered solutions for high power and tight tolerance applications.

HDI PCB & High Interconnect PCB Manufacturing

The HDI board is based on the traditional double panel as the core board, which is made by continuously accumulating. This circuit board made by a continuous layer is also called the Build-Up Multilayer (BUM). Compared with the traditional circuit board, the HDI circuit board has the advantages of “light, thin, short, small”.

The electrical connection between HDI’s plate layer is achieved by conductive pores, buried holes, and blind holes. Its structure is different from ordinary multi -layer circuit boards. A large number of blind holes are used in HDI boards. HDI PCB uses laser direct drilling, and standard PCB usually uses mechanical drilling, so the number of layers and high width ratio often decreases.

Boxed builds, also known as system integration, can be anything from simple PCBAs (printed circuit board components) mounted in small enclosures to cabinets housing complex electromechanical systems. Box assembly involves design, production and construction of all links.
